• Program Manager (Day Program)
• Location: Rolling Meadows, IL
• Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am-4:00pm)
• Salary: $53,040/year

Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency specializing in providing innovative opportunities, tools, and services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

The Program Manager is responsible on a day to day basis for ensuring the integration, coordination, and monitoring of the active treatment program for each of the clients to whom assigned. 

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilites
• Valid IL Driver's License
• At least a year of case management experience
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
