About The Role
We are seeking a Manager, FP&A to join our growing Finance team in Cork. This role will be a critical business partner to our Services organization, with responsibility for leading weekly forecast updates, tracking key business metrics, and delivering high-quality monthly and quarterly reporting.
You will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance visibility, business insights, and process efficiency for our Services business across global markets. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of services business models and a proactive, collaborative approach.

- Lead weekly forecasting processes for the global Services business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Own monthly and quarterly close deliverables, including variance analysis, management reporting, and presentations to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, revenue recognition, and headcount/resource planning.
- Collaborate closely with Services leadership, Delivery teams, and Finance business partners to understand operational drivers and ensure alignment between financial plans and business priorities.
- Translate business inputs into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Track and analyze key operational and financial KPIs, such as billable utilization, bookings, backlog, margin, and delivery performance.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the business, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
- Streamline forecasting and reporting processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and dashboard development in tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Partner with the Finance Systems team to ensure proper data integration and reporting capabilities via platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Present findings and insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 2 years supporting a Services, Consulting, or Professional Services business.
- Proven expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a fast-paced, global business.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; proficiency with financial planning systems (Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite, etc.).
- Familiarity with visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and large data sets.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
