CASH APPLICATION SPECIALIST

Responsible for accurate and timely application of customer payments, reconciliation support, and maintaining financial integrity across systems in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Apply payments to customer accounts and general ledger
•    Respond to internal inquiries and ServiceNow tickets
•    Assist with write-offs, and team projects
Qualifications:
•    Associate’s degree in accounting or related field
•    3+ years in AR, cash application, or reconciliation
•    Proficient in Excel; DMSi/Agility experience a plus
•    Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
•    Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently
•    Must pass background, reference, and drug screening
