About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join our team in Christchurch.

As a Client Services Manager you will work within the Cambridge Partners Advice Team, supporting our Advisers, and servicing our clients.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and maintaining high quality service to clients
• Managing workflows through our CRM
• Administration, both in investment and in general
• Drafting documents for new and existing clients
• Client meeting attendance and follow up support

What do you need to be successful?

• 2+ years of experience in a customer/client service role, or a graduate from a relevant tertiary course
• You are a resilient self-starter and independent problem solver
• You are an enthusiastic team player who can build positive working relationships
• Polished and effective communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to interact as a trusted point of contact with a wide range of clients
• Attention to detail is important to you, while maintaining a willingness to adapt
• Process-orientated and highly organised
• A tertiary degree is preferred but not essential
