The Role
As a Sales Team Facilitator, you’ll be the driving force that keeps our busy sales team running at their best. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to a fast-moving environment — ensuring smooth communication, outstanding service, and seamless processes for our customers.
Your Day-To-Day Will Include:
- Partnering with Key Account Managers to deliver solutions that delight our clients.
- Being the go-to contact for account coordination and client updates.
- Preparing accurate, timely quotes and proposals.
- Managing and triaging customer enquiries with confidence and care.
- Keeping CRM data, reports, and calendars organised and up to date.
- Producing clear, accurate sales reports for stakeholders.
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, is naturally organised, and takes pride in being the person everyone can rely on.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points For:
- Industry knowledge in wholesale trade, cleaning, or hygiene
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite)
