Your mission at Epassi

As an Online Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the full digital sales experience – from traffic acquisition to conversion - driving measurable growth across the online customer journey.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize every step of the buying journey in digital channels.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

You drive the adoption and integration of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) model into online sales operations. As part of our Revenue Operations team you take ownership of the full digital customer journey and define and track KPIs for online revenue growth and funnel efficiency.

You'll be successful in this role, if you:

  • increase online new sales
  • build online cross sell channel
  • improve lead generation

What You'Ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey in digital channels
  • Create scalable and measurable capabilities to track and optimize eCommerce performance
  • Collaborate with marketing to align digital advertising efforts with online sales goals
  • Use HubSpot and other tools to analyze customer behavior, funnel data, and conversion points
  • Design and refine multi-channel online purchase experiences
  • Provide proactive insights and recommendations to sales, marketing, and customer success teams

What you bring to the table...

  • A suitable academic degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
  • Strong hands-on experience in webshop operations, planning, and optimization
  • Deep understanding of customer journey design and lifecycle marketing
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation

Your Track Record:

  • At least 5 years of experience in online sales, eCommerce operations or similar roles
  • Experience with digital advertising and campaign analytics

Language Requirements:

  • Finnish - native or fluent proficiency (C1/C2)
  • English - fluent and business-proficient (minimum B2/C1), for international communication and reporting

Technical expertise: You are confident using digital sales and marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, analytics platforms, marketing automation) and understand how to integrate them effectively into sales operations.

Proactivity: You take initiative, identify opportunities before they become problems, and act with a sense of urgency to improve results, drive progress and achieve your objectives.

Collaboration: You work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align goals and create a seamless customer experience across digital touchpoints.

Detail-oriented mindset: You manage processes and data with precision, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all aspects of your work – from campaign execution to reporting.
