Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate Change: Lead change and release management processes, meticulously planning and executing transitions for minimal operational impact.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with development, operations, and other IT teams to coordinate changes, releases, and deployments, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
- Tool Mastery: Manage change requests, releases, and documentation within ITSM tools, maintaining records and ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Document for Excellence: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for change and release processes, promoting consistency and alignment with best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze and optimize change and release management processes, identifying opportunities to streamline procedures and boost overall efficiency.
Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in change and release management within an IT, Technology, or Operations environment.
- ITSM Expertise: Solid understanding of ITSM principles and proficiency with ITSM tools.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify potential roadblocks and devise proactive solutions.
- Exceptional Communicator: Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, explaining complex processes in simple terms.
- Multitasker: Handle multiple priorities simultaneously, adapting to changing demands and demonstrating strong time management.
Additional Points (Plus Points):
- Deployment Skills: Practical experience deploying software applications and updates.
- Incident and Problem Management: Experience with incident and problem management, demonstrating a holistic view of service delivery.
