Marketing Generalist

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll play an important role in bringing our purpose to life – creating, managing and delivering marketing initiatives that connect with our audiences and showcase the important work we do across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to be creative, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

The Role

In this varied and collaborative role, you will:

• Create engaging content for our websites, booklets, flyers, newsletters, and other collateral
• Manage our social media accounts and grow audience engagement
• Manage, update, and optimise company websites for lead generation and client engagement
• Design collateral, presentations, and other promotional material
• Create and distribute monthly newsletters
• Organise and support events
• Manage stakeholders (internal and external)
• Develop and manage targeted EDM campaigns
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
• Manage and optimise campaigns through HubSpot, including workflows, automation, and reporting
• Oversee our SEO strategy to improve visibility and reach

You will work closely with our Marketing Manager and Heads of Business Units, as well as collaborate with operations teams across all businesses within the Occ Health Group

About You

• To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Proven experience in marketing and design
• Experience managing websites (including WordPress)
• Strong copywriting and presentation development skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
