Core Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Projects: Manage complex initiatives in the Moulding sector, focusing on supplier qualifications, technology implementation, capacity expansions, and factory upgrades.
- Capability Building: Share knowledge and insights to strengthen team expertise.
- Budget Oversight: Handle budgets ensuring effective cost control and value creation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Influence senior stakeholders (VP and SVP levels) to secure alignment and prompt decision-making.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring smooth transitions to Manufacturing and Technology Owners.
- Drive Innovation: Enhance machinery and processes to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Foster Collaboration: Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to promote teamwork.
- Technical Delivery: Collaborate on technical projects and moulding process improvements with key stakeholders.
- Team Inspiration: Empower teams to adopt new technologies and agile methods.
- Ensure Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality management.

MD&I is a global organization of project managers and technology specialists. In MD&I Moulding, we oversee the global moulding production setup, driving technology development aligned with the LEGO® Group’s goals for performance, safety, and sustainability.
This role focuses on managing strategic projects and stakeholder engagement to support the production of LEGO®’s core products: moulded bricks and elements.

- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
