Core Responsibilities:

As a key enabler of process optimization, you will work closely with business partners to identify, assess, and deliver E2E process optimization opportunities that drive value and efficiency across processes using process mining where possible. You will also:
•    Collaborate with business teams to explore process optimization opportunities, assess feasibility, and define value cases.
•    Facilitate workshops using process mining, data analysis, and dialogue to uncover optimization potential.
•    Redesign end-to-end processes with a touchless approach
•    Partner closely with Global Process Owners to ensure that all opportunities are scoped and aligned with the stream’s strategic roadmap
•    Work collaboratively with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and related teams to align on strategy

You will be a part of our Process Optimization & Analytics team working in our Business Service Operations Organisation (BSO, shared service center) closely together with colleagues in other CoEs. Our vision is to scope, prioritise and complete E2E process optimization projects, following DMAIC 6 Sigma methodology and using data insights from process mining!

Do you have what it takes?

•    Extensive experience working with data analysis and dashboard creation  
•    Strong experience in writing fundamental SQL code
•    Experience in facilitating workshops and engaging partners effectively
•    Solid ability to listen, understand, and challenge partner requirements to ensure meaningful outcomes.
•    Demonstrable experience working with agile methodologies and multi-functional teams.
•    Understanding of source system data (ERP) and core business processes
•    Solid background in process optimization, continuous improvement and lean thinking
•    Fast learner with the ability to quickly adopt new systems and technologies
 

• What would be an advantage:
• •    Previous experience working with process mining tools and techniques
• •    Familiarity with SAP systems, including working with SAP data
• •    DMAIC 6 Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification
