As an Area Manager, you’ll be on the frontlines of our distributor network—building relationships, driving product knowledge, and keeping Lauxes *front of mind*. This isn’t about cold calls or hard selling—it’s about proactive actions, genuine connections, and supporting our partners to succeed.

Purpose of the Role

To provide ongoing in-store training and support for distributor partners, ensuring Lauxes products are top of mind. This role strengthens B2B relationships, drives distributor confidence, and ensures the Lauxes experience is consistent across every store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Engagement: Visit trade partners to deliver product training, share updates, and strengthen relationships.
  • Appointment Setting: Coordinate weekly schedules (typically Mondays and Fridays for planning; field visits midweek).
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM to track visits, conversations, and follow-ups.
  • Proactive Actions: Keep Lauxes visible through meaningful conversations and support—success here is measured by proactive engagement, not traditional sales KPIs.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend weekly and monthly Zoom meetings to align with the national team and share insights.

  • CRM records are detailed and consistently maintained.
  • Weekly visit schedules are executed with reliability and energy.
