Head of Risk & Compliance – Build Resilience. Enable Growth.

At Altogether, we’re shaping the future of energy and water services — and we need a Head of Risk & Compliance who sees compliance not as a box-tick, but as a driver of trust, resilience, and growth.

In this role, you’ll own and evolve our risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring we meet regulatory and license obligations under NECF, WICA, ISO, and more. You’ll partner across the business to embed risk awareness into decision-making, manage insurance, oversee audits, and keep our registers, systems, and reporting sharp.

This is your chance to champion compliance and risk as value-adding functions — ensuring we stay not only compliant, but ahead of the curve.

What You’Ll Bring:

• Experience in compliance, risk, or audit (energy or water sector a plus)
• Knowledge of frameworks, standards, and risk systems (Protecht experience ideal)
• A collaborative, business-partnering approach
