Engineer Manager (H/F/X)

  Responsabilités : 

• Champion in the project team leading and assessing the overall engineering design, with quality, operability, reliability, and safety.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a technical engineering team by being a good and effective communicator.
• Excellence in building rapport and creating a team environment where all those with engineering responsibilities work well together.
• Creation and execution engineering work plans and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Responsible for the engineering quality assurance in the project to accomplish its goals within constraints such as Time, cost and agreed quality standards.
• Plan and designate project resources, monitor progress.
• Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed engineering plans, critical path analysis.
• Maintain the engineering budget for delivering the project within the budget defined.
• Ability to provide sufficient input into the technical analysis of the project.
• Manage day-to-day engineering aspects of a project and scope.
• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing on to the Execute 
• Phase or other third-party contractors.
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes our exposure, risk on project and enforce Co.’s methodology & project standards.
• Ensure project engineering documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Communicate and develop lasting relationships with project technical stakeholders to foster strong team dynamics and culture.
• Responsible to ensure that all HSSE systems and activities -up, implemented, and monitored for all areas within the battery limits of the project.
• Participate in the development and implementation of risk control measures that have been identified as part of the risk assessment process.

Qualification :

• Min Qualification: P. Eng recognized in Switzerland.
• Min Experience: 15 years
• Must be proficient in French and English (both written and verbal)
• Must have experience managing engineering and construction projects >20M CHF
• Oil & Gas and renewable experience mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products; MS Project
