We’re seeking a first-principles product thinker who deeply understands user journeys and is passionate about elevating the post-purchase customer experience through technology. You should have a strong grasp of customer behavior, CX, and operational excellence, with prior experience in B2C e-commerce environments.

• Experienced with 2–3 years in product management, ideally within e-commerce or retail technology.
