JobType: full-timeWe are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a key role in aligning business objectives with employees and management, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations across branches. This role requires someone who can build trusted relationships with stakeholders, act as a consultant to the business, and support initiatives that foster employee relations, retention, and organizational growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their objectives and aligning HR practices to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with management teams to identify HR priorities and support business transformation initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, policies, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage employee relations issues with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, collaboration, and morale.
  • Conduct stay interviews, feedback sessions, and regular employee connect programs to ensure strong communication channels.

3. Employee Retention:

  • Design and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition and increase employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze exit interview data, attrition trends, and workforce feedback to develop actionable solutions.
  • Partner with managers to identify at-risk talent and create retention plans, including career progression opportunities, learning programs, and recognition initiatives.

  • Conduct periodic visits to branches to engage with employees, address HR-related issues, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies.
  • Build strong relationships with branch leadership and employees to understand local challenges and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Monitor compliance and employee well-being during visits, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and training initiatives.
  • Support grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a structured and fair manner.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to promote continuous learning opportunities aligned with employee career goals.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in HRBP roles with demonstrated success in business partnering.
  • Excellent knowledge of employee relations, grievance handling, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to conduct and manage branch visits with on-ground HR support.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and recommend solutions.
  • High level of integrity, empathy, and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A Master’s degree in HR or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) will be an advantage.
  • 3–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a multi-location organization.
