Informatica P360 Lead Technical Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Informatica P360 Lead Technical Engineer to design and develop the technical components required for successful deployment and integration of P360 solutions. This role will focus on building interfaces, configuring source/target systems, and supporting production migration activities. MUST be able to be onsite 2 days a week in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Minneapolis, New York or St. Louis based PRFT office. Potential for 15% US based travel in the future.

• Design and develop all required interfaces to enable data syndication across systems.
• Capture and configure integration points for applicable source and target systems.
• Support deployment of P360 assets into production environments, including migration scripting.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to ensure alignment with overall solution design.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows and system performance.
• Document technical specifications and deployment procedures.
• 8+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or MDM engineering.
• Minimum 2 Informatica P360 implementations with hands-on interface development.
• Strong experience with Informatica P360 APIs, connectors, and syndication mechanisms.
• Familiarity with source/target system configuration and data mapping.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of data syndication, ETL processes, and system configuration.
• Experience with production deployments and migration scripting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 15%.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
• A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected. 

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
