What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and process them from payment receipt to finalization. Manage OTC collection/disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning etc. Perform Cash Reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances, prepare refund package with accuracy and supply to clients, record all collections activities in a consistent manner as per client process (tool), delivery of process requirements to achieve key performance targets, ensure compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations (Restricted countries).
What are we looking for? • Basic Qualifications Bachelor s degree preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Collections process Collections License considered beneficial Good working knowledge of an ERP system; ORACLE experience would be an added advantage •Good Communication Skills, Credit Management Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction Attention to details Must be a good team player Excellent customer service Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks Flexibility, especially in the period of month quarter year end closing Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Time management and organization skills Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment A natural ability to adapt to change Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team Order Management, Quote Management
Roles and Responsibilities: •Ensure effective and timely communication, provide clear messaging and proactive issue resolution related to collection issues/ discrepancies Follow and execute activities assigned by the Collections Team Lead. Responsible for calling, emailing, & making payment arrangements with customers Preparing and reviewing AR Adjustments, statements of accounts receivable, reminder letters Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system. Communicate effectively with customers on a timely basis and provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues, discrepancies, and short payments Work closely with key teams such as Credit and Sales in mitigating collection risk Collaborate with various internal business functions such as Billing, Credit Team, Cash Application teams, and external customers to resolve receivable issues and to achieve common goals and objectives Provide administration work related to collections, such as preparing adjustment vouchers, statements, and letters Responsible in responding all internal & external emails within agreed TAT Escalate unresolved issues to management timely and follow through with issues until the final resolutionBCom,Any Graduation
