Position Summary: -

This position holds a key role in the retail environment, overseeing various aspects of the store’s operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. 

Job Description: -

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Handle customer complaints, after sale inquiries, and returns, ensuring a positive resolution.
3. Build productive trust relationships with customers.
4. Drive sales through effective communication of product features and benefits.
5. Maintain store visual merchandising in a presentable standard and make recommendation on a store layout and display.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.
7. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in customer service and sales.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience Sale-Service-Management in fashion, lifestyles, luxury industry or in similar.
• Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
• Fluent in English.  Additional languages spoken are a plus.
• Must be a good team player, pleasant, service-oriented with good communication skills.
• Have leadership qualities

Mobility/Travel

Able to work at assigned store.

Computer Skills

Basic skill in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Power BI)

Language

Able to communicate in English and Thai. Additional languages spoken are a plus.
