The Client Portfolio Management team ensures that Global Markets Sales maintains strong, efficient, and client-focused operations. CPM acts as a bridge between front-office, risk, onboarding, and operational teams, guaranteeing that clients receive seamless service while maintaining  a structured, strategic approach to monitor portfolio development and performance.

About The Job:

Global Markets Sales – Client Portfolio Management (CPM) is seeking an Associate to join the team and support a high-impact strategic initiative focused on expanding our market share and strengthening client engagement.

This role will play a key part in coordinating across Sales, Trading, and Banker teams to ensure seamless execution of client-level actions tied to our data-driven cross-sell strategy and targeted portfolio coverage.

The successful candidate will help drive commercial impact by:

  • Ensuring accountability and timely follow-up on strategic client initiatives.
  • Enhancing cross-functional collaboration across geographies and business lines.
  • Providing structured reporting and insight to senior management on execution progress, KPIs, and potential bottlenecks.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most visible growth initiatives within Global Markets Sales, working with a broad set of stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize large amounts of client data.
  • Familiarity with front-office dynamics and client segmentation in a financial institution.
  • Experience in Global Markets is desirable.
  • Programming skills would be a plus (Python).
  • Experience participating in large-scale projects.
  • High proficiency in BI tools like DOMO/QuickSight, and Google Suite.
  • Experience in Salesforce is desirable.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
