Education And Experience:
- 4 year college degree or equivalent retail banking or financial services experience
- Prior sales management experience required with increased levels of responsibility
- Prior lending experience preferred
- Prior experience in leading projects to a successful completion
- Business development & outside business sales experience required

Unique Job Characteristics And Requirements:
NMLS Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
Tasks Performed:
- 45% Provides leadership and guidance to branch managers in the areas of: sales, business development and the successful operations of their branch. Ensures effective control of staffing and overall budgetary constraints.
- 25% Builds a motivated and high performing branch team through the effective recruitment, training and development of staff.
- 15% Represents the bank in the community and plays a leadership role on civic and community organizations.
- 5% Maintains integrity and compliance within the branches in their region in accordance with audit and branch operations policies and procedures.
- 5% Other duties as required, including but not limited to, making delivery system recommendations as it relates to branch expansion, relocations, closures/consolidations, ATMs, hour changes, etc.
- 5% Submits loan proposals within guidelines. Registered and complies with Safe Act guidelines. Provides customer complaint resolution exercising sound judgment and decision making within established guidelines.
