Marketing Manager Chile & Argentina

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive incremental sales in Chile & Argentina.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4 marketing professionals to achieve set targets and foster a high-performance culture.
• Prospect, identify, and cultivate new accounts and business opportunities to increase market penetration.
• Manage and optimize visibility tools and programs to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Enhance associate engagement through motivational leadership, ongoing communication, and development initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Report on performance metrics, analyze results, and adapt strategies to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the Chile & Argentina regions.
• Leadership experience managing teams and driving results.
• Strong prospecting and account management skills.
• Proficiency in visibility tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
