Autocad Draughtsman-Masterplan

Implement high quality Architectural Design solutions and enable DAMAC to deliver projects within plan and budget. 

Work with the Architectural Design Team to implement high quality Architectural Design solutions detailing procedures, methodologies, standards and guidelines for ensuring effective estimation, design and implementation.

Undertake the preparation of Architectural Design and documentation in accordance with DAMAC Design Standards and deliver in accordance with the approved design programme.

Use standardized Architectural Design and procedures to ensure consistent and high quality DAMAC work experience to consultants, contractors and clients across all projects.

Ensure appropriate usage and application of the project management system with respect to entry and analysis of work related data for day to day functioning to facilitate seamless communication of all relevant (technical/non-technical) information across the organisation on a real time basis for maximum effectiveness.

Preparation of Sales and Marketing Material.

Preparation of Master Planning material as required by Authority and Damac in house requirements. (i.e, Affection Plan Submission, Design/Plot Guideline, Master Plan Revisions ETC.)

Preparation of DLD info for Project registration and Title Deeds. 

Work with project teams to develop high Quality Architectural Design and documentation.

Ensure design of Architectural Design, plans, designs, layouts are in alignment with project specifications and project cost estimates on allocated projects.

Work with Architectural Design Team to resolve Architectural Design, and finishes and related engineering issues for allocated projects.

Coordinate with other teams to enhance DAMAC Architectural Design solutions to realise its vision to be a world class developer.

 Coordinate with Architectural Design Team to project specific Architectural Design and finishes standards and drive remedial actions.

Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to enhance DAMAC’s overall project delivery.

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices and apply the same for continuous improvements at DAMAC.

Establish and develop professional relationships with peer professionals in the industry to keep abreast with latest innovations in the Architectural Design, and finishes disciplines.

Maintain awareness of industry trends, methodologies, tools and best practices in project cost management.

Adopt and adapt good practices from the industry into DAMAC to ensure continuous rejuvenation and upgrades to DAMAC’s Interior Design functions.
