Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors, Solution Architect - All modules
Roles & Responsibilities:
ØWe are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead and Solution Architect to lead global HR transformation projects. ØCandidate must have more than 13 years of experience in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors implementations, Employee Central configuration, Payroll, Talent, Performance management, Compensation, Learning management, business process design, and integration with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and third-party systems, with a strong focus on scalability, compliance, and cloud transformation initiatives like RISE and GROW with SAP. ØPlay the role of solution architect for global customers requiring implementation of HXM processes through SAP SuccessFactors ØLead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules across global clients. ØConduct workshops to gather business requirements and design global HR processes. ØConfigure Employee Central objects, workflows, business rules, and event derivations. ØImplement and configure SuccessFactors Learning Management. ØManage integrations with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications. ØEnsure compliance with global HR regulations, data privacy, and localization requirements. ØOversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning. ØProvide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation. ØSupport pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development. ØMentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables. ØDrive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.This role is for you if you have the below
·Education Qualification: BE / B-Tech; Post-Graduates (MBA / MCA / MTech) · ·Work Experience: The candidate must have 13-18 years of relevant experience Mandatory technical & functional skills •13–18 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years as solution architect and leading implementation teams. •Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors modules, LMS, workflows, and business rules. •Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and SAP Identity Authentication Service. •Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP People Analytics, and SAP Cloud ALM. •Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models. •Exposure to related modules like Onboarding, Time Off, or Global Benefits. •Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement. •Knowledge of GDPR, SOC compliance, and global HR localization practices. •Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. •Excellent communication and facilitation skills. •Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. •Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.Certifications
