Senior Analyst - Digital Learning

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Analyst – Instructional Designer to join our KPMG Learning and Development organization. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with project team members.

• Design and develop eLearning modules covering AI concepts such as prompt writing and using AI tools to improve business and team performance.
• Design and create PowerPoint slides to complement learning solutions, utilizing AI tools where available to enhance design and content quality.
• Utilize AI tools, such as GPT models and agents, to create effective learning materials and refine prompts.
• Collaborate with AI specialists and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Implement pedagogical approaches to make complex AI concepts accessible and engaging for corporate learners.
• Continuously update and adapt learning content to reflect the evolving nature of AI technologies.
• Develop assessments to evaluate learners' comprehension and ability to effectively use AI tools.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably within a corporate or business environment.
• Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT for prompt writing and content development.
• Strong pedagogical skills with an ability to translate complex concepts into easily comprehensible eLearning content.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and subject matter experts.
• Ability to develop assessments that effectively measure learning outcomes.
• Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and manage timelines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in creating training materials or eLearning content related to AI applications.
• Experience in developing eLearning solutions tailored for corporate settings, aligning with strategic business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt content to reflect ongoing changes in AI technology.
