Sales & Medical Representative Brasov - Stratpharma Romania

Stratpharma, a global leader in medical devices and pharmaceuticals, is currently seeking a motivated Sales & Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Medical Representative at Stratpharma Romania, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative products to doctors and pharmacies. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory.

Tasks

• Meet and exceed sales targets for Stratpharma's portfolio of products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains, local key accounts and wholesalers.
• Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of Stratpharma's products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and handle any customer inquiries or issues.
• Regularly update CRM system with relevant customer and sales information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Organization and Time Management

• Independently plan territory routing to consistently achieve the best possible coverage to all HCP.
• Submit all administrative reports, expense reports and business plans accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prioritize daily tactics based on greatest business impact.

Customer Relation

• Demonstrate customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills and sales process.
• Uncover the customer’s needs and provide the appropriate information, resources and message to deliver maximum value.
• Develop and build long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales & medical promotion, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous experience in medical promotion to: plastic surgery, dermatology, gynecology, radiotherapy – is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the country.
