Your Team

Join us as a Depositary Investment Compliance Manager, where you will lead a highly skilled team in a dynamic and international setting. In this role, you will oversee a team and contribute to the completeness of Investment Restriction responsibilities within the Depositary Bank, while also participating in various projects aimed at enhancing overall performance.
A can-do attitude and the drive to deliver are essential to becoming a valuable member of our team.

Your Expertise

• • Minimum 7-8 years’ oversight/control experience with a Depositary, Investment Management or an Audit firm, with specific oversight/investment compliance experience.
• • University degree in economics, finance, business administration or related field.
• • Strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulations and market practices with ability to interpret and apply regulations to practical situations.
• • Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• • Self-driven, proactive mindset, with attention to details.
• • Good knowledge of operational aspects of the depositary, custody, fund administration and management activities.
• • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
• • Comfortable working productively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as well as independently
• • Experience working with compliance monitoring systems and tools (e.g. MIG21, Xentis, Charles River, Bloomberg AIM, or in-house systems)
