주요업무내용

• 전기설비의 계획점검, R&M, EOL, ESS and Ad-hoc 프로젝트 감독
• 전기설비 관련 비상상황시 대응
• 업체 관리감독: 전기 관련 서비스를 제공하는 업체
• 배전시스템 관리: 1000V 이하, 1000V초과
• 조명제어시스템 확인 점검
• 비상조명 확인 점검
• 시계, 방송, 위성방송 및 오디오 확인 점검
• 태양광시스템 운영 및 확인 점검
• 전기차 충전시스템 운영 및 확인 점검
• 행사관련 AV 시스템 세팅
• 보안시스템 확인 점검
• 전기관련 예비부품 관리
• 일/월/분기/년도별 전기설비 점검 계획, 법정검사 계획 수립
• 건물 내 전기설비 상시 확인 및 보수
• 전기 선로 확인점검 및 보수 작업
• 법적 기준에 맞춘 비상발전기 시운전 및 유부하 점검
• 통신설비 결선 상태 확인 점검
• 고압선 선로 점검 및 청소
• 차단기 접지저항 측정 및 절연저항 측정
• 법적 기준에 맞춘 장비이력카드 작성
• 변압기 소음 및 진동, 발열여부 등 이상유무 상시 점검 지원
• 월별 전기검침 및 사용량 확인
• 법정 점검 지원: 전기설비 정기검사(3년/1회), 전기 설비 점검(종류별  년  1회 이상)

자격요건

• 전기설비 관리 경력 최소 3년 이상 
• 전기 보조 안전관리자 선임가능자 
• 건물 시설팀 및 전기팀 경력 우대
• 고·저압 설비, 변압기, 차단기 등에 관한 지식
• 전기도면 이해 능력
• 기타 우대사항: 영어 가능자, 기타 전기 관련 자격증

Major Responsibilities

• Supporting preventive maintenance, R&M, EOL, ESS and Ad-hoc projects for electrical equipment ​
• Responsible for emergency response for electric accident ​
• Responsible for supporting below management and inspection​
• Support transformer inspection frequently for noise, heating and malfunction
• Monthly reading an electric meter and checking its usage​
• Support statutory inspection: Electric equipment regular inspection: Once every 3 years​
• Support electric equipment maintenance (by category): More than once a year (Power down)​
• Vendor management: Electrical part hard services
• Electrical Distribution - Above 1000V, Below 1000V
• Lighting control system
• Emergency lighting
• Clocks, Broadband, Satellite and Radio maintenance
• Solar system management & maintenance
• Electric vehicle charging station
• Power monitoring
• AV system setup ​
• Security system maintenance
• Electrical spare part​
• Supervising planned electric equipment inspection and legal inspection schedule (Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) ​
• Frequent inspection of electric equipment in building and repair work
• Trial running for emergency power system (Generator & UPS) and inspecting load status in local legal standard ​
• Communication line connection status maintenance
• Electrical wire, switch gear inspection & cleaning
• Circuit breaker ground resistance & insulation resistance check

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Ideal Experience

• 3+ years work experience in related field
• Must be appointed as an Electrical Safety Assistant
• Building electrical or mechanical team working experience preferred
• Understanding of safety guideline & electrical drawing
• Knowledge of high & low voltage equipment, transformer and circuit breaker
