We are an integral part of Kantar working with marketing leadership and leveraging Kantar Intellectual Property and capabilities to land the practical implications and actionable recommendations for portfolio and brand growth.

  • Valuation: we conduct bespoke brand valuation to capture the value of the brand(s) and define holistic ways to act upon their key growth drivers.

Job Description

If you possess experience in Marketing/Brand Management and/or consultancy in a leadership position and have the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients managing relationships and expectations and using our solutions to answer complex questions, seize the opportunity to join Kantar's Consulting team as a Director and make a transformative impact.

You will lead by example in every aspect beyond project management, inspiring and developing your team, owning the client relationships, and shaping the opportunities for cross-sell and new business within your existing projects and clients. Over more, you will also take ownership and contribute to the improvement of practice areas and solutions.

  • Contextualises Meaningful Data: Deeply understands the client’s reality and uses industry experience and knowledge to articulate the problem. Stays up to date with the latest developments, elevates client thinking challenging pre-existing biases and conception with Kantar Data creating a strategic story and solution with the team.
  • Guides Business Action: Leading proposals, budget, and approach development, drives client impact and action beyond the scope of a single project. Crafts meaningful and crisp strategic recommendations based on strong client empathy and the ability to walk in their shoes. Possess strong facilitation skills to independently deliver workshops and trainings to clients.
  • Connects to Win: Collaborates with the Kantar leadership team to develop and refine the solutions that will make Kantar win in the long term. Leverages relationships with various Kantar teams beyond Consulting to build and deliver solutions to clients.
  • Builds Great Teams: With strong work ethic fosters a culture of collaboration and mutual respect within a culturally diverse team while also promoting the celebration of achievements. Assists team members to further develop their skills and knowledge, enabling them to excel in different areas of the business. Able to get the best out of people and retain them in the business.
  • Drives Lasting Change: Ensures lasting profitable impact for KC by driving the local adoption of scalable solutions. Leads the development of practice area solutions and thought leadership in line with the market trends to help Kantar win in the long term, creating insightful content and proposing innovative and better ways of working for the practice areas.
  • Owns Commercial Success: Strategic partner to our senior clients, operates beyond the project’s context and helps clients identify and articulate their real problems. Owns full account relationship. Builds KC fame, leveraging personal networks as well as Kantar and WPP network. Develops a C-suite reputation. Enables the team to deliver profitable projects by selling work at the right price.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience working for or with a global brand in brand marketing or experience in growth/brand consulting or other relevant professional services is required.
  • Proven track record of shaping opportunities to generate new business within projects and clients.
