This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (UK Time) with a 1-hour lunch break

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Responsibilities
  • Run high-volume email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting IT decision-makers.
  • Generate interest and consistently book a minimum of 10 qualified calls per week.
  • Research, segment, and personalize campaigns using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor outreach performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales outreach (email + LinkedIn).
  • Tech-savvy with strong ability to use prospecting and automation tools (e.g., Smartlead, Lusha, Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
