Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to become the primary client relationship manager for a thriving marketing agency, where you’ll serve as the crucial bridge between clients and the internal production team. You’ll take ownership of client communications, coordinate seamlessly with skilled editors and media buyers, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, managing 90% of all client communications
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams including creative editors and strategic media buyers to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage and maintain client relationships through the company’s CRM system, ensuring all interactions are properly documented
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve client issues, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Deliver regular client updates and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Leverage your Meta/Facebook advertising expertise to support clients with campaign-related questions and guidance
- Utilize project management tools like Notion to coordinate workflows and maintain organized processes
- Work with GoHighLevel software to manage client data and communications when applicable
- Create and edit video content for clients when skills permit (bonus opportunity for additional compensation)
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with strong verbal and written abilities (essential)
- Proven experience with Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns and digital marketing concepts
- Outstanding client-facing and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in video calls and digital communication platforms for seamless remote collaboration
- Experience working with Notion, GoHighLevel and client management processes
- Video editing capabilities preferred but not required (significant compensation increase available)
- Knowledge of Notion project management software beneficial
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel software advantageous
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to client service
