Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Inbound Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing efforts and fuel our company's rapid growth. Our TikTok talent agency is at the forefront of the creator economy, and we're looking for someone who can not only build but also scale our entire inbound marketing funnel.
This is a unique opportunity to own the full inbound marketing lifecycle—from creating a compelling content strategy to converting talent into our network. You'll be the architect of our digital presence, managing campaigns that attract, engage, and recruit diverse, talented creators from North and South America.
- Strategize & Execute: Develop and manage a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy across multiple channels, including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and social media.
- Grow the Funnel: Build and optimize our lead generation and nurturing campaigns, with a focus on attracting talent from both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Create & Curate Content: Oversee the creation and repurposing of high-value content (e.g., blogs, testimonials, video case studies) that speaks directly to creators and highlights the benefits of joining our agency.
- Manage Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Facebook/Instagram to drive high-quality leads.
- Automate & Analyze: Utilize HubSpot to build sophisticated workflows for lead scoring, email nurturing, and marketing automation. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and MQL-to-SQL conversions to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate & Report: Work closely with our recruiting team, virtual assistants, and creative talent via Slack to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals. Regularly report on campaign results and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Requirements
- An Inbound Expert: You have a proven track record of managing and scaling inbound marketing funnels, preferably in a B2C or talent acquisition context.
- Data-Driven: You're comfortable with analytics and use data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- A Creative Thinker: You're excited by the challenge of attracting creative talent and can develop content strategies that resonate with a global audience of performers.
- Fluent in Marketing Tech: You have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot, and a strong understanding of how to integrate them with sales and communication platforms like Slack.
- A Strong Communicator: You are a collaborative team player who can effectively communicate strategy and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with or an understanding of the creator economy and platforms like TikTok is a plus.
