SR. SAP ABAP FIORI DEVELOPER

Senior SAP ABAP Fiori Developer – Integrated Vendor Management Portal (IVMP) 

The Senior SAP ABAP Fiori Developer will work under the supervision of the HCM team lead. Related responsibilities will include: 

• Develop and maintain custom Fiori apps for the IVMP project.

• Develop function modules to be used in REST API’s between ServiceNow and SAP ECC using SAP PO. 

• Test interfaces using Postman, SoapUI or other API testing software.

• Maintain and enhance interfaces between SAP ECC, ServiceNow, SharePoint.

• Maintain and enhance SAP ECC applications across multiple modules.

• Document all completed solutions. Create and maintain documentation as per standard established. 

• Under the guidance of the Team lead, coordinate tasks and activities assigned to the team.

• Periodically provide status updates and activity summaries. 

• Ensure knowledge transfer to new staff members joining the team.

The minimum qualifications required are: 

• University degree in Business administration, Computer Science, Information systems management or related field. 

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in developing SAPUI5/Fiori applications 

• Good understanding of FIORI concept, system architecture, FIORI Launch pad configuration and app integration. 

• Extensive experience in HTML5, Java Script, CSS3, JSON, XML, and MVC Development framework 

• Experience in development of OData services and web services 

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in programming and maintaining SAP applications using ABAP and/or ABAP Objects, and developing custom enhancements 

• Experience in development of CDS views 

• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) and deployment of application on SCP is a plus 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs 

• Strong communication skills 

• Experience in writing technical specifications 

• Functional understanding of business processes using SAP modules

It is understood that depending on the progress of the project plans, the agency and, by mutual agreement, may decide to extend the duration of the contract.
