We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Engineering Capex and Project Manager to lead and manage capital engineering projects across multiple sites. This role is critical in aligning engineering initiatives with business goals, ensuring the successful delivery of capital projects from concept through commissioning and startup. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the chemical industry and demonstrate strong leadership in project execution, process design, and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead and manage capital projects across the full project lifecycle—from initiation, design, and procurement to execution, commissioning, and startup.
- Ensure engineering activities and investments align with business objectives and site priorities.
- Apply expertise in process design and engineering standards to develop and implement efficient, safe, and cost-effective solutions.
- Work closely with regional and site engineers, operations, maintenance, and other internal functions to ensure seamless project integration.
- Manage relationships with third-party engineering firms, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Drive resolution of technical and project-related challenges through structured problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ensure all projects comply with internal standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in engineering project management within the chemical or resin production industry.
- Proven track record of delivering capital projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of process design, capital project planning, and execution methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and across multiple sites is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Travel requirements up to 30%
