Achieve monthly individual sales targets consistently.

Maintain high service standards and monitor performance to ensure top productivity and efficiency across systems and product campaigns.

Ensure 100% adherence to audit requirements and internal control parameters.

Update all relevant systems accurately following customer interactions.

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely closure and satisfaction.

Handle customer issues promptly and escalate to the Team Lead when necessary.

Maintain and manage daily sales MIS across all available systems.

Track and report daily and monthly activities using structured trackers.

Participate actively in daily team huddles and uphold team commitments.

Ensure timely and proper updating of CRM/Assure with customer comments and next steps.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar work environment.

Strong sales orientation with a customer-first mindset.
