Report To: Industrial Plaster Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Performance
- Achieve sales targets for volume, revenue, market share, and contribution across all industrial plaster products and services.• Track sales progress from inquiry to order closure, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.• Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding customer relationships.• Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of annual strategic plans.
Market Information and Sales Analysis
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback for up-to-date area analysis.• Submit monthly reports, offering insights on market trends, customer performance, and sales opportunities, and share market insights and recommendations for business development during monthly meetings.• Provide feedback to management on emerging trends and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
Customer Management
- Manage key account relationships through effective CRM, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.• Establish new accounts and expand business opportunities.• Oversee customer satisfaction surveys and resolve complaints.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with manufacturing teams to ensure consistent product quality.• Collaborate with R&D to develop customer-tailored products based on market trends.• Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics to ensure smooth order management and fulfillment.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Ceramic Science, Material Science or related fields.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to understand market trends, customer performance, and identify corrective actions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Customer-oriented and service mind.
- Willing to travel overseas, including on weekends when required.
- Willing to be based in Saraburi or commit to being there for the first 12 months.
- Able to work independently.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, especially in markets such as China, Taiwan, or North Asia, is highly desirable.
