L1 Production Support (Unix/SQL)

We are seeking an L1 Production Support Analyst with strong Unix and SQL skills to provide first-level monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for critical applications. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT production environments and be willing to work in a shift-based support model.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application alerts, jobs, and system health.
• Provide first-level investigation and resolution of incidents.
• Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams as required.
• Execute basic Unix commands and SQL queries for issue diagnosis.
• Document incidents, solutions, and operational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to SLA and timely communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Good experience of Unix/Linux commands.
• Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift support environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
