Country Representative for Kyrgyzstan

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Country Representative for Kyrgyzstan to be based in Bishkek.
The Country Representative is responsible for the overall oversight and management of all ICAP activities in Kyrgyzstan, including daily supervision of technical and operations/finance-administrative staff and program reporting to the regional office of ICAP. As the lead representative of ICAP in Kyrgyzstan, the Country Representative ensures that all actions of the country-based teams are consistent with ICAP goals in support of the national Ministry of Health. The Country Representative also acts as the General Manager and a signatory for a local CIP representative office in Kyrgyzstan and is responsible for the overall oversight and management of ICAP operations in Kyrgyzstan, including daily supervision of technical, operations and finance staff as well as program reporting.
