About The Role:

At Ferrero Australia, we combine global excellence with local agility — and we’re growing rapidly in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channel. The National Account Manager – HORECA is responsible for leading key customer relationships across the out-of-home channel, driving strategy, negotiation, and execution to deliver triple-win outcomes for Ferrero, our customers, and consumers. This role is designed to unlock new opportunities and plays a pivotal part in building customer partnerships, developing innovative product solutions (including Nutella-based offerings), and driving new business to fuel Ferrero’s growth in the HORECA space.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage customer relationships, overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting senior-level engagement with key HORECA accounts
  • Foster long-term partnerships and proactively identify new business opportunities
  • Implement Ferrero’s commercial strategy with precision, creativity, and a results-driven mindset
  • Drive business growth by identifying new customer opportunities, developing customized solutions, and expanding Nutella into innovative formats and channels
  • Lead impactful negotiations, securing case deals, pricing strategies, and activation plans that deliver mutual value
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution
  • Ensure accurate demand planning and reporting, maintaining data integrity and forecasting precision
  • Manage budgets for trade and A&P spend with discipline, insight, and accountability

Who We Are Looking For:

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with exposure to HORECA, wholesale, or out-of-home channels
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to develop new business opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions such as marketing, supply chain, and commercial planning
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP TM, with a talent for translating data into actionable insights
