We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Greenhills Country House Hotel as a Front Office Assistant .  This seasonal position runs from the end of March 2026 until the end of October 2026

Our exquisite Greenhills Country House Hotel seamlessly combines luxury with traditional Jersey charm. Dating from 1674 and set amidst enchanting gardens, it has earned a reputation as a 'must-visit' destination for food enthusiasts. Nestled in a tranquil rural valley, Greenhills Country House Hotel promises a perfect blend of luxury and tradition. We meet and exceed our guests' high expectations. The 33 charming rooms are meticulously prepared, and our food and drink offerings are expertly refined. Our restaurant, currently holding 2 AA rosettes, is renowned for its high-quality cuisine curated from locally sourced produce.

What Exactly You Will Be Doing…

As a Front Office Assistant, you will be the friendly face that greets our guests upon their arrival. Your role is to deliver outstanding hospitality, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests from their arrival to departure.

Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of guest check-ins and check-outs, anticipating their needs to make them feel at home on our vibrant and picturesque island. 

You will handle inquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism and efficiency, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
