Your new responsibilities

• Project Management: Coordinate the successful completion of Controlling projects for the ams OSRAM group, which include other workstreams like Finance, IT, SCM/Logistics etc.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Manage Controlling process workstream for projects led by other teams, actively participate in all project phases ensuring smooth integration and providing or collecting relevant content for Controlling-related aspects
• Concept Development: Develop and implement advanced Controlling concepts for various projects or enhancements, driving time and cost efficiency
• Expert Support: Provide Level 2 Support for resolving operational incidents and structural issues related to Controlling tools and processes, leveraging CO expertise
• Strategic Initiatives: Oversee Controlling-related components of Carve-outs, Roll-outs of new company codes, M&A activities, and process improvements, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth execution
• Operations: Participate in Period-End Closing activities and Fiscal Year Change processes, contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting

Who we are looking for

• University Degree in Economics, Finance or similar
• Proven, in-depth experience in controlling coupled with several years of experience in production/corporate/financial controlling
• Excellent understanding of controlling functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Deep knowledge of the SAP (especially Controlling modules)
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with BW / BI reporting tools and Power BI for data analysis and visualization is advantage
• Independent and proactive workstyle, team spirit
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, German is an advantage

From 2300 EUR/month gross fix package, plus yearly bonus related to success
