Job Description

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of industrial projects and programmes from initial feasibility through to design, procurement, construction, and handover. In this role, you will represent the end-user client and proactively coordinate all stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

• Supporting the project lead in ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, quality standards, and timelines
• Assisting in the management of project commissions in accordance with contractual obligations
• Monitoring project progress, financial performance, and change control processes
• Preparing project documentation and progress reports for client presentation
• Facilitating effective communication across all stakeholders and authorities
• Supporting project planning, governance, and post-contract commercial control
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, preferably within high-tech manufacturing sectors
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented team player with strong coordination and communication skills
• Fluency in both Korean and English is required for effective communication in a bilingual working environment
