Achieve Monthly sales target

Ensure the profitability of the total channel.

Ensure all total channel dues are collected on time.

Forecasting total numbers needed to be reviewed quarterly.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful renewals and upselling.

Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance, product development) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively address potential risks or opportunities.

Provide regular account performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow business with key clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
