Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Education requirement - Diploma/Degree and above
• Proficiency in English and Thai is required.
• 2 years experience managing account management project as a TL of a BPO company.
• Knowledge of basic KPIs and advance KPIs
• Ability to work across shifts and also support the team training and quality.

• To manage a team of associates, doing account management.
• Manage both internal & client side KPIs
• Responsible for team performance management and hygiene
• Experience in account management, growth projects in a 24/7 account is a plus.
