Responsible for developing and implementing the organization's security and loss prevention policies. Supervises the daily activities of security personnel. Recommends and establishes a security system to monitor personnel and property protection, building access, parking enforcement, visitor control, employee identification. Prepares security budget and ensures proper budget administration. Coordinates and administers security clearances. May be required to have a valid firearms license and carry a firearm while on duty. Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures.

1、Ehs 管理体系建设与维护

负责制定和完善公司的 Ehs 管理方针、目标和规章制度，并监督执行。

跟踪国内外 Ehs 法律法规、标准及行业动态，及时收集、分析和传达相关信息，确保公司的 Ehs 管理活动始终符合最新要求。

2、环境管理

负责公司的环境因素识别与评估，制定环境管理方案，控制废水、废气、噪声、固废等污染物的排放，确保达标排放。

组织开展环境监测工作，定期对公司的环境状况进行检测和评估，及时发现和解决环境问题。

负责公司的环境保护设施的运行管理和维护，确保其正常运行。

3、职业健康管理

定期完成职业病危害因素检测并按政府要求完成备案。

负责公司的职业病危害因素识别与评估，制定职业病防治计划和实施方案，采取有效的防护措施，预防和控制职业病的发生。

负责劳动防护用品的采购、发放、使用指导和监督管理，确保员工正确使用劳动防护用品，保障员工的职业健康安全。

开展职业健康宣传教育和培训，提高员工的职业健康意识和自我保护能力。定期对职业健康管理工作进行总结和评估，分析存在的问题，提出改进措施并组织实施，持续优化公司职业健康管理体系。

4、安全管理

负责公司的安全生产管理工作，组织开展安全生产检查和隐患排查治理活动，及时发现和消除安全隐患。

制定和完善安全生产应急预案，组织演练，提高公司应对突发事件的能力。

负责公司的消防安全管理，确保消防设施和器材的完好有效，组织开展消防安全检查和培训，预防火灾事故的发生。

负责特种设备（如压力容器、起重机械等）和特种作业人员的安全管理，确保特种设备定期检验合格，特种作业人员持证上岗。

调查处理 Ehs 事故，分析事故原因，制定防范措施，防止类似事故再次发生，并按规定上报相关部门。

5、其他工作

负责与政府环保、卫生、安全等监管部门的沟通与协调，配合其开展检查、监测等工作，及时上报相关信息和资料。 处理相关的 Ehs 投诉和纠纷。
