We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for providing outstanding service and support throughout their experience with Story Lane Box. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in client-facing environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and service interactions
• Support onboarding and account management processes for new clients
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and escalate issues when needed
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist in generating reports and tracking client satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• Competitive salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
