What You Will Be Doing

We’re seeking a detail-driven and strategic Accounts Receivable Manager to lead daily cash application operations and drive process excellence across our Titleist and Club Glove businesses. In this role, you’ll oversee the accurate and timely application of cash receipts, manage a high-performing AR team, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize workflows, enhance automation, and improve reporting transparency. What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong understanding of the order-to-cash cycle, lockbox processing, and system implementation.
  • Solid foundation in general accounting principles and practices.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced cash application environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Skilled in managing high transaction volumes and multitasking across priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs.

Pay Range: $89,278.00-$111,418.00
