In This Role, You'Ll:

You will partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to drive people initiatives and deliver required business objectives.

You will provide strategic and tactical advice, support and solutions on people matters to build organisational and leadership capability.

You will implement strategies and plans to develop and grow people capability and manage the associated change to ensure the organisation achieves its current and future business objectives.

This temporary position is up to 11 Months and is located at the Burwood office with travel expected to various depot locations to ensure adequate support is provided to People Leaders across the Sydney Trains Suburban Services Branch.

About You

You are a collaborative and talented Senior People & Culture Business Partner with extensive knowledge of Human Resources within a Blue-Collar environment.

You excel in your communication, presentation and case management skills and have proven experience influencing and operating in a complex predominantly blue-collar, industrially sensitive customer centric environment.

Engaging and energetic, you understand the value of an excellent employee experience and you’re committed to making Transport/Sydney Trains a great place to work.
