Job Summary

Manage end-to-end human resources processes for assigned organization units within region in compliance with company policies, labor laws and regulations. Provide advice and guidance to line managers on all people related matters to ensure effective use of human resources to support business objectives.

Job Description

• Plan and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to meet current and future staffing needs. Develop comprehensive recruitment plans including sourcing strategy, timeframes, and budget.
• Manage all phases of the selection process including developing job descriptions, advertising open positions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, making offers, and preparing new hire paperwork.
• Oversee the performance appraisal process by developing appraisal tools, training managers on how to conduct appraisals, analyzing data, identifying trends, providing feedback to employees, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Monitor compensation and benefits programs by ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. Design and administer various types of employee recognition and reward programs to motivate employees and enhance their engagement.
• Identify development needs within the organization through assessments or other means and develop and implement learning solutions such as training programs, coaching, mentoring, etc.
• Support the implementation of organization-wide projects impacting human resources such as mergers & acquisitions, restructures, system implementations, etc.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations and company policies governing all aspects of human resources. Assist with investigations and litigation involving employees and provide recommendations for resolution.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field. MBA or SPHR certification preferred.
5+ years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources management, preferably in a multi-site, matrixed environment. Experience in telecommunications industry highly desirable.
Proven ability to drive results, achieve bottom-line objectives, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Strong computer skills required – Microsoft Office applications, applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and web-based software.
Ability to establish credibility and build relationships quickly with senior leadership team members, peers, and employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to human resources practices.
Must have strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
Must possess a high level of integrity and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues.
