Project Manager I – Quality Control Lead
Location: Remote + commutable to Ashburn, VA / Orlando, FL / San Antonio, TX

Clearance Requirement: Top Secret
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Quality Control SOP.
- Conduct ticket reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
- Monitor and report performance against AQLs.
- Collect customer satisfaction feedback and propose improvements.
- Support ISO/DHS compliance audits.
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years QC experience, preferably in IT Service Desk.
- Knowledge of HDI, ITIL, and CBP quality standards.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
