Remote: Located in Southern California, USA
Summary: Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for driving business growth across OEM manufacturers and distributors within the assigned territory. This role leads the development and execution of strategic account plans, manages complex sales opportunities, and builds strong executive-level relationships to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. The Enterprise Sales Director serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and long-term business success. This role must be based in Southern California.
Duties/Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed and expected by Management:
• Achieve short- and long-term territory sales and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic account and opportunity plans using disciplined pipeline management.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships across multiple functions (leadership, R&D, engineering, procurement, finance, etc.).
• Demonstrate and maintain strong technical knowledge across surgical instruments and orthopedic implant categories.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal SMEs in Engineering, Operations, Finance, Service, and QRA to execute account strategies.
• Drive customer satisfaction by aligning internal resources to meet and exceed customer requirements.

• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements.
• Technical & Systems Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com; intermediate Excel skills required.
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience; surgical instrument or orthopedic implant experience strongly preferred.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk or sit, occasionally for long periods of time; use hands to hold, handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk or listen. Employees may be exposed to hazardous materials. Employees need to consult SDS in their work area. Travel up to 50%.
